Grant Process
Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation Grants are intended for district staff that work with students and wish to make improvements in their programs or practice that improve student engagement and achievement. Preference is given to projects that address the current priorities and initiatives of SSEF:
- Develop students into leaders
- Provide leading-edge opportunities
- Improve student achievement
- Sustainable
- Teamwork and collaboration with other entities in implementation
- Number of students impacted
SSEF has expanded the grant opportunites to fall and spring cycles. The SSEF’s Board of Directors reviews all applications.
Grant recipients will be expected to communicate with the Board during and/or after project completion, participate at our annual "Toast to Autumn" fundraiser, and work collaboratively with the Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation to highlight program success.

Apply for a SSEF Grant
Each fall and spring all district staff will be sent the link to the Google form grant application with all the details and due date of the application. Please contact us with any questions regarding the application process.
