Scholarships Available

SSEF has two $1,500 Scholarships and two $1,200 David and Alice DeZurik Scholarships Available

Community Service Scholarship - $1,500

 

The Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation Community Service $1,500 scholarship is awarded to a Sartell High School senior based on the following:

 

1.    Must plan to pursue post-secondary education after high school

2.    Involvement in community service/service learning activities

3.    Financial Need

4.    Academic Achievement

5.    Include an essay describing a service project you were involved with and the impact it had on you and the community.

Scholarships should be turned into the SHS Counseling Office by their deadline posted on Schoology.  Written quality of essay will be considered

Science and Technology Scholarship - $1,500

 

The Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation Science and Technology $1,500 scholarship is awarded to a Sartell High School senior based on the following: 

 

1. Must pursue a major in science or technology field 

2. Must plan to pursue post-secondary education after high school 

3. Involvement and courses taken in science/technology areas 

4. Financial Need 

5. Academic Achievement 

6. Include an essay on why you are choosing this career path, the impact science/technology has had on your life, and how you hope to impact the field you are choosing to enter.

Scholarships should be turned into the SHS Counseling Office by their deadline posted on Schoology.  Written quality of essay will be considered

David and Alice DeZurik Scholarship - $1,200
​

The Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation David and Alice DeZurik $1,200 scholarships are awarded to a Sartell High School senior based on the following: 

 

1. Must plan to pursue post-secondary education after high school 

2. Financial Need 

3. Extra-curricular/leadership activities

4. Community Service

5. Provide one letter of recommendation from an outside source (non-school related)

Scholarships should be turned into the SHS Counseling Office by their deadline posted on Schoology.  Written quality of essay will be considered
